Council worksession on Eastside Streetcar in progress

After viewing part of the Portland Development Commission’s 8/8/07 meeting on cable last night, I realize several parts of my post yesterday were either incomplete or wrong. The Portland City Council is at this moment reviewing the Eastside Streetcar project in a work session, broadcast live on Channel 30. I’m watching and taking paper-and-pencil notes, and will report later.
