Sunrise at Bryce Canyon National Park

I’ll be posting grouped selections of Steve’s trip photographs on weekends periodically, for your entertainment and enjoyment. He caught almost every sunrise and sunset on our ten day adventure, due to knowing the light gives the scenery interesting shadows at dawn and dusk. Luke asked how his father managed to keep going for so many long days with often only a few hours sleep between. I responded that Steve’s had lots of practice through being on call at hospitals for much of the last 21 years. Interesting how skills learned in one part of our lives become useful in other, unrelated ones.

Anyway, here is the first batch, from Bryce Canyon National Park. If you check the Official website, I contend Steve’s photographs compare favorably with the best of ’em.
