Relaxing on Spring Break

The rest of the family hasn’t been quite as relaxed (or inelegant) as Jade the cat, over Spring Break. Steve’s been hard at work at the State Hospital, Luke took a road trip to California, and I’ve pegged away at some chores, as well as taking those long walks with Ali. Jade is Ali’s cat. She acts like a faithful dog, waiting outside Ali’s bedroom door in the morning and at the top of the stairs when she’s due home from school. She follows Ali around the house when she’s home, and has loved this week off school. I’m anticipating one seriously depressed kitten when Ali goes off to college next year. For now, we’ve all very much enjoyed each others’ company for a very relaxing Spring Break.
