I totally agree with David Reinhard

… once in a while. Today is one of those rare occasions, with his editorial on the need to ban cell phone use while driving. Actually, I shouldn’t say I totally agree with the whole statement – but pretty close, except for the first paragraph. His arguments are worth reading.

Evidently Mr. Reinhard also felt a response to The Oregonian Editorial Board’s position on the topic last week was needed, even though he refrained from calling it a “ridiculous editorial”.
