“Bridges” book signing tonight

Tonight, Wednesday January 3, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. at Powell’s W. Burnside location, Portland author Sharon Wood Wortman will sign copies of the new 3rd edition of her illustrated book “Bridges”. Guitarist Stephen Cohen provides music.

Portland’s bridges are beautiful, and Sharon’s web site and book (co-authored with engineer husband Ed Wortman) provide fascinating details about them. I’m reliably informed her bridge-walking tours are outstanding. And for sure, she has one of the most attractive business cards around.
