Guest photograph – Bonneville Dam

This photograph is by Chris Kahle, a new Portland resident who is diving right in to civic participation by volunteering as chair of the Bridlemile Neighborhood Association Parks Committee. He says it was taken during his first visit to Portland in 2002 for the Brewfest.
