ACLU sides with religion in schools

The ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) of Oregon is siding with basketball players at Portland Adventist High School, who allege they have the right to participate in state playoffs without being forced to play games on Saturdays, their Sabbath. The case was heard by the Oregon Supreme Court today, the Oregon Court of Appeals having previously ruled in favor of the players. From the ACLU site:
