Look beyond the superficial

Just as they say not to judge a leopard by its spots, please don’t vote on the Charter change measures based on the inadequate information in the Voters Pamphlet, or worse yet the PR mailers and other ads buzzing around for the next two weeks. Look deeper, see the real language (links below), ask yourself whether the process and the four products truly deserve your affirmation. Please.
