Happy Mothers’ Day

There have been times when I felt like the mommy Goose in this photo, getting my ducklings/goslings lined up while leading a class field trip or suchlike. I hope everyone who has ever provided maternal care, whether full time or occasionally, has an especially great day today. Although really, every day is Mothers’ Day, when people provide support and protection to others and for those who appreciate their gifts.
