The Hufflepuffs have it

I’m guessing 99.9% of my readers won’t be interested, but the fact remains that much of my day today will be devoted to preparations for the movie premier of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix at midnight. I myself stopped reading the books at the third one, not being a fan of dark thrillers, but Ali loves the series and is hosting an all-day party to view the previous films before heading out to the premier decked out in costume. The extravaganza begins right after she returns from the class at PSU she’s taking this summer….. coming home in Mom’s taxi, rather than the bus she usually takes, because time is of the essence. So blogging will be a little delayed today, but trust me, I’ll get to it. The computer is in the only room of our house with air conditioning….

A Hufflepuff, for those wondering, is a member of one of the school houses at “Hogwarts School for Wizards”. Not the house Harry Potter is in. My daughter is not one to follow the In-Crowd, either.
