Obama!

Presidential candidate Barack Obama at the Oregon Convention Center last night. He used the index card to make sure he said the names of the legislators supporting him correctly – did fine with Chip Shields and Ben Cannon, had to take another run at Larry Galizio but got it the second time. Other than that, he didn’t use notes. More on his speech and the event later.

By the flag is US Air Force General Tony McPeak, who introduced Senator Obama noting he is glad to have a candidate to vote for, rather than just against the current administration.
